Development of design rules for stable operation of gas-liquid reactors

This was a strictly confidential project for DSM Research in Geleen.

An advanced computer model for dynamic simulation of the temperature and concentrations in a gas-liquid reactor was developed. The model simultaneously solves the dynamic gas and liquid phase mass and energy balances and the Higbie penetration model.
